Lost In The World Well you've got no news just the same old thing everyday and some folks come along and you're wondering what they might take away (Chorus) When you're lost in the world when there's nothing left but the end when you're lost in the world you can always be a friend When your superiors show their face and make you small while working hard when you make good things happen and along comes some hole to tear you apart (Chorus) If you ever leave my life would roll off the track with the sky shut above me with your light under the cracks You can always be afraid you can always slam the brakes hope nobody's following you for the noise a collision makes (Chorus)

Time On His Own He's got few friends don't comfort him he's the butt of the jokes being told around him getting unneeded alone time on his own he tries to find a love that sticks but he's tired of running against their tricks getting unneeded alone time on his own (chorus) they say "hey, you'll find her the less you're looking" but he knows what kind of scheme they're cooking he knows that's their way of saying "leave them alone" he's got an open heart but a closing mind and he wants to end all this killing time getting unneeded alone time on his own. It'll take a special girl to give him a chance because he lives with his mother and he doesn't dance getting unneeded alone time on his own he's self-employed, money comes and goes he's broken every heart he knows getting unneeded alone time on his own (chorus) He has some luck but it never lasts he wants it now - he wants it fast getting unneeded alone time on his own all the happy couples strolling by he wants to live he wants to die getting unneeded alone time on his own (chorus)

Not My Kind 02:41
Not My Kind I wonder what goes on all of the time Raging on out there's a world not mine they have their friends and confidences new romances I miss so much they're not my kind. We used to walk out in the night until the drunken the morning light now I see you find better company than mine you don't call me you're not my kind. It may be a girl you want who tells you she's my kind it may be there's people there who somehow have steered you blind. Please don't wonder where I'm gone may you never know where I've moved on You won't lose sleep uncertain who cares if friends are high or hurting? You don't call me I'm not your kind you don't call me I'm not your kind kind kind.
4.
A Heart With A Mind When you've got time for me I can plainly see it ain't nothing that I did before. But these days I'm floating in the breeze it amazes me I can care anymore (chorus) Well there's no use denying my love is flying and I'm waiting for relating but you shut me out now and I can't risk speaking my mind for fear of being unkind looking for a heart with a mind I can unwind with. You chose to be down and it's been running me around and I wanted somewhere safe to land today. It looks insecure with this pain with no cure and I'm stuck a million miles away. (chorus) Well there's no good denying my love is flying sad to be lonesome and free with nothing to do but wait for you to decide to give me company looking for a heart with a mind I can unwind with. (first chorus)
5.
Crotch Of Smoke If we don't keep up with those we know we fall behind and on it goes. The only way to stay sunshine is to play this game called life (chorus) It just takes your time breaks your mind shakes the shrine you've left behind. We gotta be kind to stay ahead even when we're out of bread even if we don't succeed we're smiling while we bleed (chorus) breaks your mind exalts the blind and it shakes the shrine that you left behind Even if the songs sound all the same we gotta just keep rolling along even if the crowds don't know your name because you've been around for far too long. When the kid comes along to take your gigs and you're still too broke to buy that wig and the groupies now just make you run you still might get your day in the sun sometime. (chorus) and it breaks your mind and it shakes the shrine you left behind. The goldrush ended years ago the only ones afforded hope are cute and young unafraid to grope this empty crotch of smoke that takes your time (chorus) and it breaks your mind and it shakes the shrine you've left behind If the world and you see eye to eye Congrats you've won that big grand prize you can blend right in and never speak like those neverending freaks (chorus)

The Ballad Of Jerome Cornelius In 1628 two ships left Holland and were caught in a storm bound for the East Indies islands and the two ships swung off course The merchant ship Batavia with 300 people onboard struck a coral reef in the Wallaby near the west Australian shore These islands were short on water Captain Paelsaert went for aid Planned a month long journey in a dinghy up north for the sake of the castaways and tired and torn they reached the shore of the East Indies islands the governor sent them back on a rescue yacht he lent them the yacht Sardam The Batavia's survivors carried jewels and gold and 12 chests of money onto land and a greedy young thug named Cornelius quickly took command He planned to seize the rescue ship he and many a man and escape with the money and the gold and the jewels and kill who betrayed his plan he ordered a brutal massacre 150 men and women died Cornelius and his men watched the sea everyday for the Sardam was due anytime Cornelius knew of an island 3 or 4 miles away with a team of survivors led by a man whose name was Webeye Hayes Hayes was warned by refugees of Cornelius's plan Hayes alerted the captain when the ship hit the shore that Cornelius would seize the Sardam Pealsart seized Cornelius he was tried and put in a cell they cut off both his hands and hung him on a stand and to his men the same fate was dealt.

Garden Of Pain See those stars above? see how they shine to the eyes I'm dreaming of? You are my starshine and all I need is the sunshine to claim you're mine. There's a star in your eye when I see them in the sun when it's cold outside and you paint peace signs everywhere there's color in these ties that bind everywhere there's color in these ties that bind (chorus) Some will hide their pain never are the times you'll hear them complain because they know we're all the same some are running looking for someone to blame some are running looking for their garden of pain. So I sought you out I was looking for someone I can't live without I need your hand in mine With nobody else I'd rather spend my time Nobody else I'd rather spend my time. (chorus)

Heartbreak Avenue Going going gone is the goldmine walking away in the arms of my good friend I can't hate this time I don't know what's wrong or right and I can't say goodbye and I won't try a second time She told me long ago he was a good man Never want to break a party up look at him smile it's my trouble he's been dialing my heart is in some sand just waiting for the tide Is there anyone who's made a fool of you? and said what you've said when you told him what to do? Take another chance the meaning of romance with you take another chance the meaning of romance never let you go Down heartbreak avenue - you'll feel it the hangover too - well I mean it we're doing fine -we're doing pretty good for wasting time I'm trading my body in for a six pack of gold Some people start on the note they ought to finish on with every trick pulled I know how I feel about a pretty good waste of time That's her style What about that kid he lost you for? How much does he smile? Take another chance the meaning of romance with you Take another chance the meaning of romance with you Take another chance the meaning of romance with you

First Monday 03:21
First Monday First Monday is looking fine There's freedom in silence and a humble mind First Monday no sense of despair just pulled in from the wasteland to forget what was there When the sun she guides you in and you feel so at home take off these rained on stinking clothes I'm not a mystic I'm not a dream only what genuiniity is me She's a star song her eyes where rivers belong She's drained from the circus the rides are all wrong She's a star song a heart like the sky with black and blue jackets and a magenta tie The diamonds are in her laugh and the sunset is in her gold just gaze into her eyes to know the world sweet moonglow shadows the grace between her dreams only what genuinity can be

Everybody's Blues One dream crumbles and another comes true Guess that means I'm happy I'm blue It's just my karma dream that's riding in the dark I can even play with a broken heart I can even play with a broken heart Seems it's tough times all around Money's at the end of every equation I've found There's nowhere to stay and no places to play I think I'll drink my tea cold today I think I'll drink my tea cold today I ran into a friend with the woman blues His three children with him and looking confused It make me feel grateful that my blues ain't so bad Everybody's blues can't be so bad Everybody's blues can't be so bad I don't see her much but she's around a lot Convincing everybody she's someone she's not Too late to sleep early and too wired to know what love gone bad can do to the soul what love gone bad can do to the soul Looking for a woman is just pure blues who could melt away this past you didn't choose and you can give to one another a chance to get around and make a sweet day from the time we found to make a sweet day from the time we found

The Way You Are Great place for playing music With a window to her heart and a light on in the darkness pretty sweet for a new start. There's a mountain for that valley and an ocean for that sky to make the most of living you live to give before you fly you live to give before you fly (chorus) Oh - rock you the way you are Oh - I'll rock you the way you want. Oh - I'll rock you the way you are. Even when cold as a quinzhee rainbows rolling around the sun we can see how subtle beauty can shine for anyone. and your moonlight dreams don't drown me they bouy me in your sea there's a journey for the taking if the spirit sets it free if the spirit sets it free. (chorus)
