lyrics

Yellow Moon

His memory stall had built a wall
between the present and the past
When seeing was believing
he had to cover his tracks
The yellow moon had risen
and sitting behind closed doors
Was a lonely boy who had no keys
but wanted to walk the shores.

For once his time had given mind
to living a life of peace
When he sat down and dreamed of things
that would bring him to his knees
And scream out shouts of bribery
but none would heed his pleads
so he whisked away those needless thoughts
for he knew not where life leads.

When the times got rough he had had enough
of pretending he had faith
for he had been caressed by fear
and beaten by his fate
and as he watched her slip away
and slowly quickly die
he fell down on his weary knees
and then he began to cry
(And truth be known that in his dreams
it was the maiden who held the sword.)

This is the only place you will find all of my albums. I have most of them on YouTube Music (Topic Channel) and Spotify now as well. However, music is not free to produce and neither is rent and groceries.

For best audio results, download music at minimum 320 MP3. WAV is best. Thanks 🙏
